Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Jinja Shrine is a starting point of Yoshida Trail and reaches the mountaintop of Mount Fuji.

There are the main shrine which is a Momoyama Style building, Saigu shrine and Togu shrine which is construction by Shingen TAKEDA in the shrine precinct that is historic site. They are recorded as Important Cultural Properties of Japan.

There are 1000-Year-Old sacred trees which have the name of “Fujitaro-sugi(Japanese cedar)” and “Fujimeoto-hinoki(Japanese cypress)” on both sides of the front of the main shrine.
